9-Stripe Gilbert Baker Rainbow Pride Flag with grommets and double-stitched edges to reduce fraying.
The Design: Introducing the 9-Stripe Baker Rainbow Pride Flag, designed by Gilbert Baker in March 2017. This updated version of his original 1977 flag includes nine vibrant stripes, including lavender, pink, turquoise, and indigo, in addition to the classic red, orange, yellow, green, and violet stripes. The addition of the lavender stripe is meant to symbolize and celebrate diversity.
🧵Flags from Flags for Good are made from hand-selected durable polyester (most flags you'll find on the internet are cheap, thin fabrics that snag easily). In their testing, they selected their fabric as the perfect flag material - anything lighter snags, and anything heavier doesn't fly as well. 🌏Created and shipped in the most earth-conscious way they can.
