Are you having an event that needs a bar? BYO Haunt! That's right, Harold's Haunt can come to YOU. We can handle all your bar needs with unique, custom menus including our signature mocktails and our quirky queer bartenders.
We would LOVE to be a part of your special event.
Serving weddings, performances, drag shows, comedy nights, fundraisers, meetings, parties, and more. We're already your favorite bar, so bring us to your favorite venue!

- Filling out this form does not guarantee we can attend your event - this is an event request and we will reach out to you to finalize details!

In order for us to file for a permit, we must have final event information AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE the event. If you would like to book us with less lead time: 21 days ahead = $100/event. 14 days ahead = $200/event. If your event is less than 30 days from now, please instead email haroldshaunt@gmail.com with TRAVEL BAR RUSH REQUEST in the subject line and we will get back to you if it is possible to accommodate your event.

When we are on site, we must be the only source of alcohol! This includes guests bringing in their own alcohol; it is not permitted at all. If there is any other beer/alcohol in the building it puts our liquor license at risk, so we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. If a host or a guest breaks this rule it may result in our closing the bar early with no refund.
- If you would like to have complementary drinks available for wedding parties, crew, guest of honor, talent, or anyone else you are welcome to buy it from us at a bulk discount!
- We can't serve for longer than 6 hours! That's all the time our liquor permit will allow. If your event is longer than 6 hours, please choose which hours you would like us to be there.

Let's be legal about it! We simply have to follow liquor law to the letter. This is typically common sense stuff, but our bartenders are RAMP trained and will be checking IDs and will not serve anyone who appears to be visibly intoxicated.
